Assist students with technical issues ranging from troubleshooting their own devices to using the equipment provided by Georgia State University.

Facilitate the rental of digital cameras, video recorders and microphones, light kits, and studio recording space to students.

Ensure the computer lab is kept neat, clean, and organized.

Created numerous Excel documents, to assist with analyzing employee data and presenting these spreadsheets to give concise understanding of benefits administration.
